Fast-track court to begin hearing 2026 NEET-UG paper leak case in Delhi court
The court, located in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court Complex, will hear bail applications of accused Dinesh Biwal and Vikas Biwal, who were arrested in connection with the alleged NEET-UG 2026 paper leak.

The hearing will be the first hearing conducted by the Special Fast Track Court in the NEET-UG paper leak case since its establishment under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Ways) Act, 2024.
The establishment of the special court aims to expeditiously prosecute cases registered under the law on combating document leakage, which was enacted to prevent unfair practices in public examinations and strengthen the integrity of recruitment and entrance examinations.
The hearings are expected to pave the way for future hearings in the high-profile NEET-UG paper leak investigation.
The case comes just days after the nationwide student agitation over the alleged paper leak, led by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), was called off following the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

He also said that those responsible will face strictest penalties and urged the Center and states to work together to prevent malpractices in examinations. The establishment of a special fast-track court is expected to expedite trials in the NEET-UG paper leak case and other offenses registered under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Torts) Act, 2024.
