Rahul Dravid, a legendary former Indian cricket player and head coach, reminded a moment from his career and shared a regret he wished to ignore the advice of Sachin Tendulkar. In a conversation with former Indian Spinner Ravichandran Ashwin, Dravid announced that one of his regrets did not use DRS (Decision Review System) when India was given during the Unfortunate England tour in 2011. Even Tendulkar consulted against using DRS. However, the next repetitions showed that Dravid wasn’t really out.

In his speech with Ashwin, Dravid said, “There was a time when I didn’t use Dr. Dr.. Edbaston test was during the 2011 tour in England.”

“I drove Jimmy Anderson and heard a noise like a ‘tuk’, but I didn’t feel anything on the bat. Sometimes you know as a player who hit the ball, you feel. There was a high noise, but I didn’t feel anything on the bat.”

Dravid was left behind by Australian referee Simon Taufel. After discussing the situation with Tendulkar on the other side, he chose not to object to the decision. Taufel was awarded five times with ‘ICC referee’. After all, it turned out to be a wrong decision.

“There was a noise and Simon Taufel was a respected and good referee. When you decided, you didn’t challenge him too much. He gave me and walked to Sachin and said I didn’t feel anything.”

“Sachin, ‘There was a big noise, Rahul, I’m sure you smashed it.’ And maybe yes, it was one of these things because I heard the noise, Dra Dravid said.

After returning to the locker room and watching the repetitions, Dravid noticed that the ball completely jumped the bat, and the sound was actually caused by the bat hit the shoe bond. Dravid was India’s prominent player in a series that the team will forget.

Under the leadership of Dhoni, India was subjected to 4-0 defeat of the host team against England and pointed out the first of two 4-0 test series losses in a short period of time.
