Virginia approves redistricting, giving Democrats edge in midterms

Historically, the current president’s party would lose seats in the House during these congressional elections. If Democrats win the November race, it would not only deal a blow to Trump’s political agenda but could also open him up to Democrat-led congressional investigations.
