When is enough enough for the Iran war hawks?

Unfortunately, there are still too many Americans in our country who are confused about the meaning of Memorial Day. Simply put, it’s not about car sales. It is a federal holiday created to honor and mourn those in the military who died while serving our nation.
Unfortunately, I can say that most Americans have no idea how many of their citizens died in the war to protect our country.
From World War II to the present, this number about 500,000. Some would argue strongly that no member of the American Armed Forces should be harmed in any post-World War II war or conflict; These tragic deaths were the direct result of misguided policies and old and privileged beings willing to destroy their own creations by shooting the young and the poor.
Most of those pushing for war in the last few decades were politicians, news editors, and pundits thousands of miles away from the battlefield. These “hawksYoung American soldiers lived their lives of luxury and security within their own bubbles of authority while becoming disposable pawns to be moved across the surface of a terrifying board game.
We have heard such hawks calling on young Ukrainians to march into the teeth of the Russian war machine. More than 1 million people were killed in this war with no end in sight. Their harsh voices can now be heard as President Trump tries to find a permanent solution to end the war with Iran shouting their disapproval. Just a thought extended ceasefire It’s enough to trigger some hawks.
When will enough be enough for Iran warhawks? Naturally, they will say this when Iran is no longer a threat to the United States and Israel. So what does “no longer a threat” really mean? And what does the now ubiquitous expression mean? “finish the job” Do you really mean in relation to Iran?
To illustrate the deepening polarization on this issue, we present the following exchange about X between media personality Mark Levin and Joe Kent, former director of the National Counterterrorism Center. Levin following rumors of Trump-approved ceasefire sent: “History teaches us that peace agreements are best made after the enemy has been defeated or surrendered.”
City, Person who resigned from the intelligence community to protest the war with Iran, replied: “History teaches us that taking advice from neocon chickenmen leads to endless quagmire in the Middle East.”
Levin is a highly respected voice on the right, a strong advocate for Israel, and at times a trumpet in Trump’s ear. But on the battlefield, Kent has proven time and time again that he is a brave warrior, shedding blood, sweat and tears in defense of our nation. He has earned the right to speak his mind on this matter.
Frankly, the longer the war goes on, the more emotions some become. Secretary of State Marco Rubio to provide clarity while reducing accusations, counter-accusations and misinformation. I just said in part: “The idea that this president would somehow agree to a deal that would put Iran in a stronger position regarding nuclear ambitions is ridiculous, given everything he’s already proven he’s willing to do.”
Many of the hawks who want the war with Iran to escalate are strong Trump supporters. Therefore, “Trust Trump” should be their rallying cry.
