Man claiming world’s smallest penis says he’s booked enhancement surgery after public’s help | South Carolina

A US man who made the undisputed claim that he has the world’s smallest penis says he has arranged for a procedure to at least slightly enhance his member, after soliciting financial support from the online public for the purpose.

In a brief interview on Saturday, Michael Phillips, 38, described himself as “really grateful and overwhelmed” by users of the GoFundMe platform who supported the fundraiser to pay for the procedure.

“I never thought anyone would care enough to help,” said Phillips, who previously explained that the procedure would rid him of urinary problems caused by being only 0.38 inches (0.97 cm) long even when fully inflated. “[I am] “I am extremely grateful.”

Phillips shared news of the procedure after it was reported in the media that he was struggling with his condition, medically known as micropenis, and a fundraising campaign related to it led to a prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeon publicly offering to do the job for free.

Dr. A spokesman for Robert Dorman said Friday that he had not heard whether Phillips would accept the doctor’s offer to perform a procedure involving injection therapy because he was affected by the quality of life issues the potential patient had openly mentioned.

When asked if he would take advantage of the growth opportunity Dorman offers him, Phillips replied: “I’ve already had my procedure done at a facility closer to my home.”

Phillips, who lives in South Carolina, near the state border with North Carolina, said the procedure he plans to undergo is aimed at increasing its girth to alleviate some, but not all, of the challenges of having a micropenis.

The “Help Michael Get a Micropenis Enlargement” campaign, launched on GoFundMe on June 25, had raised nearly $13,000 from more than 250 donors as of Saturday afternoon.

In interviews in the news media, Phillips has described herself as an advocate for people with micropenises and has spoken out against the body shaming that can result from the condition.

This condition is extremely rare and is defined by the Cleveland Clinic as a stretched penis length of less than 6.8 cm (2.67 inches). For adults, the average length is 5.25 inches (3.5 cm), the clinic says.

During his advocacy, and almost simultaneously with the outbreak of the US-Israeli war in Iran in late February, Phillips gave an interview to TMZ in February, in which he challenged anyone in the world to disprove his statement that he had the world’s smallest penis.

Phillips also said that a micropenis diagnosis has virtually eliminated penetrative intimacy and seriously undermined his dating life. And she explained that being the same size as a pinky fingernail when fully aroused means it’s extremely difficult to go to the toilet because her urine “goes everywhere and stuff like that.”

Many people online have expressed doubts about the veracity of Phillips’ story. But before he appeared on British television show This Morning in January and discussed his life, he said he first had to prove conclusively to production that he had been conditioned with a micropenis.

He also admitted to previously sending photos of his genitals to others. These included a woman who argued with him online, claiming she did not want such an image, and posted a viral video on social media, describing it as “the smallest image I have ever seen”.
