The star surgeon’s patients who told the truth to protect others

More than 30 patients and family members gave evidence in the case of Dr Munjed Al Muderis and mamut slander against this masthead.

The famous surgeon accused patients from all over the world – different corners of Cambodia, Türkiye, America and Australia of lying about what they did to them. Most of these patients complained for years before this Masthead’s investigation began. Still, he claimed he couldn’t do it wrong.

The federal court found otherwise. Justice Wendy Abraham found that patients who witnessed the public interest were not a reason to lie. In general, he found that these people were honest, reliable, impressive and reliable, and also decided that there were no isolated cases. Abraham found that Al Muderis’s patients failed in various damn ways.
