Four men charged with murder after Leicester stabbing

Four people have been charged with murder following the death of a 24-year-old man in Leicester.
Leicestershire Police said Arad Niakan died after being stabbed in De Montfort Place, off London Road, on Wednesday.
The four people charged with murder are: Talha Satar, 21, of Stoughton Street South, Spinney Hills; Said Mahamed, 20, of Sparkenhoe Street, Spinney Hills; Husni Benramazan, 19, of no fixed address; Police also said Yousouf Khan, 18, had no fixed address.
All four were also charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to commit a crime and possession of a knife/sharp object in public.
Police said a fifth man, 21-year-old Kassam Tarmahoomed, was charged with assisting an offender.
All five men are scheduled to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
Leicestershire Police said two 52-year-old men and two 43-year-old women who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender as part of the investigation have been released on bail.
Separately, a 33-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder was later released without further action, it said.
